Shipping policy

 

Processing Times

Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised items may require 5–14 working days to process — estimated lead times are shown on individual product pages.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK Shipping Rates

We ship via Royal Mail 48 (RM48). Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Collection / Pick-Up Points

We are working on offering a pick-up point option at checkout. In the meantime, if you'd like to arrange an alternative delivery option, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Correct Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.

Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve this for you.
