Apparel Care
To protect the quality, fit, and design of your garments, we recommend the following:
- Wash garments inside out to help protect printed and embroidered areas
- Wash on a cool wash (30°C recommended)
- Use a gentle wash cycle where possible
- Wash similar colours together
- Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach products
- Do not tumble dry, as heat can affect prints, embroidery, and garment shape
- Air dry naturally for best results
- Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered designs
- If ironing is needed, iron inside out on a low heat setting
- Avoid dry cleaning unless specifically stated on the garment label
As all items are made to order and carefully finished by hand, following these instructions will help maintain the longevity and appearance of your pieces.
Glassware Care
Our glass items are created with decorative finishes and should be handled with care to preserve the design.
- Hand wash only
- Not dishwasher safe
- Wash gently using warm soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth
- Avoid abrasive cleaning materials or scrubbing pads
- Do not soak for prolonged periods
- Do not microwave unless explicitly stated
- Handle with care to avoid chips, cracks, or damage to the design
Dishwasher heat and strong cleaning cycles can cause damage to decorative finishes, so hand washing is strongly recommended to keep your glassware looking its best.
